Includes:
* All feeding (hay/grain/supplement). Hay feeding up to 4 feedings/daily (grain and supplements supplied by owner at owners expense)
* Blanketing as needed
* All cleaning/mucking and disposal of manure 
* Barn has power and fresh water (hot and cold water available)
* Area inside barn for cleaning/washing horse
* Dry paddock - cleaned daily 
* Easy nearby access to lots of great trails for riding
* Heated tack room with sink and storage

Includes:
* As per full board, with the exception of supplying feed. You supply the hay and feed and we do the rest (shared use of hay loft and grain storage available).
* Muck paddocks 1-2 times per week for reduced board $400.00/month

* Owner supplies all feed and does everything required for their horse(s) including all maintenance, feedings, cleaning and mucking. 

Horses must be insured and vaccinated to join our farm. No drama barn. Boarders will be required to sign a contractual agreement. Please inquire for details.
